For Emergency Plumbing Services, we are open 24/7. Emergency service rates will apply.
The normal business hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
We will not charge an overtime rate if the service call is scheduled between 8 AM and 5 PM, and we are unable to respond until later that evening, and or if a prior after-hour charge agreement has been made in writing by an authorized Garrison Plumbing Services representative.
